Responsible Land Use
When major land use proposals come forward, the township should slow down, read the details, and think through resident impact, infrastructure, traffic, environmental concerns, and the long-term character of the community.
Priorities
My priorities are pretty simple: do the work carefully and keep it local. Township government should be understandable, responsible, and serious about long-term consequences.

Clear Information for Residents
Residents should not have to guess what is being proposed or why it matters. People deserve timely information, understandable explanations, and a decision-making process they can actually follow.

Practical Local Government
Township government should stay focused on township work: budgets, services, roads, land use, public process, and quality of life. It should be steady, prepared, and useful, not performative.

Serious Review of Large Projects
Mining proposals, industrial uses, data center inquiries, and other large-scale developments deserve real due diligence. Asking careful questions is not obstruction. It is the job.
Before A Vote
These are the kinds of questions I think township leaders should be asking.
- What problem is this proposal supposed to solve for Springfield Township?
- What are the costs, infrastructure impacts, and long-term obligations?
- How will nearby residents experience the decision if it is approved?
- What information is still missing, unclear, or being assumed?
- Is the township being asked to move faster than the facts justify?
